Biography
Nichole graduated from Northern Illinois University in May 2023 with her undergraduate degree in human resource management and a minor in business analytics. Her goal within the Department of Management is to gain valuable professional experience and grow within the Northern Illinois University community. She is pursuing her master’s degree in management information systems. She hopes to use her education in human resources and analytics to contribute to future growth and innovation at Northern Illinois University.
