Biography

Chenfang Su enjoys empowering students to succeed while managing initiatives that strengthen academic programs. Her prior industry experience includes working in corporate treasury at Tenneco and lease analysis at MacMunnis (acquired by MRI Software), where she generated cost savings and improved reporting processes. She also participated in the CFA Institute Research Challenge, placing third locally.

Most recently, Su led a student consulting team through NIU's Experiential Learning Center to develop actionable marketing and financial recommendations for a healthcare tech startup.

Su is a finance and risk management professional with a strong foundation in treasury operations, lease analysis, academic advising and cross-functional consulting. With a master's in financial risk management and certifications including FRM, CTP and Google Data Analytics, she brings a data-driven and solution-oriented mindset to every role she takes on.
