Marketing fuels business, and it’s the force behind every brand. Pursuing a career in marketing will allow you to apply your creativity to real-world business challenges, and it’s a great time to join the field.

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that the marketing job outlook for the period 2023-2033 is 8% growth, which is considered faster than average. About 36,600 openings for advertising, promotions and marketing managers are projected each year, on average, over the decade.

When you pursue a bachelor's degree in marketing, you can choose from many areas of study, including our two leading-edge areas: professional sales and digital marketing. By choosing electives in your areas of interest, you can prepare to meet your career goals while satisfying the elective requirements of the major.

The best skill that I learned from the program is to network — always. You can learn from others in every field and apply it to your skillset to create a broad resume and become a valuable asset — even if you aren’t currently looking for a new job.
